We are unable to accept orders via the telephone.
Product Availability
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

We accept the following credit cards: VISA, Master Card, American Express and PayPal. Confirmation of your order will be made by email providing we receive reliable and verifiable documentation
Delivery Information
Our products are delivered by courier around the Greater Toronto Area.
Please ensure before placing your order and selecting a delivery time slot that the recipient will be there. We are not responsible for orders left unattended. If the first attempt at delivery is missed, no refunds will be given. You may either pick up your item at our bakery or request a second attempt. Second attempts at a delivery will not be made unless requested and paid in full prior to the delivery.
Our regular delivery times are from 07:00 am-6:00 pm Tuesday – Saturday. There is no delivery service on statutory holidays. If you require delivery on any other day and time, please send an email to order@delickacy.com. During inclement weather and traffic conditions beyond our control, delivery times may be affected, and you will be notified ahead of time. We try our best to deliver within the times above, but due to traffic conditions, these times may change.
Delivery Costs
We offer a flat rate delivery with 4 zones based on the distance from our shop. The delivery fee will be calculated when you enter your payment details and shipping address, and based on your postal code.
Delivery time will be based on the time you order, the size of the order and if it’s a custom order or not.
Damaged Items in Transport

Refunds and Returns
No Refunds/Exchanges:
We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that are delivered unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at order@delickacy.com with details of the product-an image would be useful, your Sales Order ID number from your order that was emailed to you and the defect. This must be received within 24 hours.
If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
Your order processed immediately after receiving your order. Customers qualify for a refund 24 hours in advance of their scheduled delivery date and time. If orders are for next day delivery, a refund will only be issued if the request is received before our cutoff time of 3:00 pm on the day that your order is received.
